Bay Actuarial provides casualty actuarial services to self-insurers, primarily in the State of California. Our clients are mainly Cities, Counties, K-12 School and Community College Districts, and Joint Powers Authorities.

Most of our work is in the areas of workers' compensation, liability, and property self-insurance.

The Company was founded on May 15, 2001. Over the past 4 years we have provided our many clients with valuable advice and high-quality, comprehensive actuarial reports on their self-insurance programs.


We have four main goals:
