Bay Actuarial is headed by Jack Joyce. Jack is  a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, with more than twenty years of actuarial experience.

Jack became a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries ("MAAA") in 1988 and a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society ("FCAS") in 1990. Jack started Bay Actuarial in May of 2001. He attends dozens of Board meetings every year, explaining the actuarial work without resorting to actuarial jargon. Jack recently spoke at the 2004 CAJPA conference.
